Flower Care Instructions
Start with only clean containers or vases.
Fill vase with lukewarm water. Flowers absorb warm water quicker than cool water.
Carefully unwrap your bouquet. Remove all foliage that would be beneath the water level.
Cut stems at a 45 degree angle with a clean, sharp knife or pruning scissors and immediately place in water.
Refresh vase water and re-cut about 1 inch off stems every 2-3 days for optimal longevity.
An angled cut provides for a larger surface area on the stem for better water uptake.
Keeping foliage out of the water will help reduce bacterial growth for longer lasting flowers.
Place flowers out of direct sunlight in a cool or even temperature room with good air circulation.
