It's important to us that we source our flowers as seasonally and sustainably as possible. Most of our flowers are locally-sourced from vendors throughout Southern California. We partner with a trusted network of vendors for sourcing any non-native varietals.
Sometimes things get lost in translation or life just happens in a way we wish it didn't. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out first via phone at 323.953.2910 to discuss the issue and allow us the opportunity to resolve it.

Delivery rates differ based on zip code of delivery address. We require a minimum of either $75 $140 or $250 for all delivery orders, depending on distance from our shop. For a list of all delivery zones, please visit our Where We Deliver page.
Yes. We provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 1PM PST for delivery to the following zip codes:
90026, 90039, 90027, 90029, 90004, 90020, 90005, 90006, 90028, 90038, 90057, 90012
For all other zip codes, orders must be placed before 10:30AM PST to guarantee same-day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.
Our general delivery hours are between 10:30AM and 5PM. We do our best to honor special delivery requests, whenever possible.
Delivery charges are determined by the zip code of the delivery address. We organize our zip codes into zones based on distance from our shop.
We send out a text notifying the recipient that a delivery from Gilly is on the way. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will text the recipient to notify delivery and provide a photo of its placement. We will also text the sender once delivery has been made.
Yes. Unless otherwise noted and coordinated, your flowers will be left at the provided delivery address. Both the sender and recipient will be notified via text if no one is available to receive the delivery. We will also include a photo of where the arrangement was left.
At this time, we do not provide photos of pickup or delivery orders prior to pickup or delivery.

We will do our very best to accommodate changes to your order so long as we are given enough notice and the change is possible. Please give us a call ASAP at 323.953.2910 for any change requests.
Yes! Our notecards are letterpressed with one of three unique Oscar Wilde quotes and printed with your custom message. Tucked into our signature green sleeve, these cards are the perfect complement to your gift. They're so, so special and we hope you love them too.
Yes, you can purchase a digital gift card online. Gift cards are redeemable in-store or online.

Cut flowers on an angle and repeat every 2-3 days. Replace water everyday. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid sunlight, direct heat, or A/C.
We do our very best to accommodate all requests for pet-safe arrangements. Please leave us a note during your checkout process so our team can be aware of the request. We recommend that every arrangement be placed out of reach of all pets.

We create pieces and installations for a wide range of events including weddings, baby showers, bar/bat mitvahs, baptisms, store openings, product launches, etc. No event is too big or too small - we love them all.
Our bandwidth varies depending on the time of year. For the best odds on booking your ideal date, we recommend contacting us at least 3 months before your event.
